Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be postmarked within 9 days of delivery to be eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@umuloo.com or visit your order page to submit a return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not covered. A flat $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Cost Deductions
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping and, after the return, the adjusted order total falls below the free shipping threshold ($75), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (20%+ off) size exchange allowed.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help! Email us at hello@umuloo.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
